2025 Softball Winter Training

Winter 2024-25: Softball Training Program

Centercourt - Gillette

We’re pleased to announce the return of our winter training program. Due to the tremendous success of last winter’s strength, agility, and conditioning training, we have now revamped the program to include this as part of our winter training. This new comprehensive program is tailored for softball players who want to refine their skills while also boosting their overall athleticism.

In addition to the new format, here are a few other new things this year:

Date / Time: Tuesdays 5:00 - 7:00 PM Session Dates: 1/7, 1/14, 1/21, 1/28, 2/4, 2/11, (off 2/18), 2/25, 3/4, 3/11, 3/18

Cost: $325 per player

Coaching: Led by Coach Delhoyo, head coach of the Unity NJ club team (formerly Lady Dukes), along with his experienced staff

Facility:

A spacious 32,400 sq. ft location, just 10 minutes from Basking Ridge

Coaching:
